SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective September 3, 2026
Program name
First Benefit Insurance Policy & Account Alerts, operated by First Benefit Solutions LLC.
Program description
Customer service messages from First Benefit Solutions LLC to people who already hold a policy placed through us. Messages cover policy and coverage updates, premium and payment notices including failed or returned payments, billing and draft date changes, document and signature requests, claims and service request status, and replies to service questions you have asked us. Some messages may include a phone number to reach us or a link to a page on firstbenefitinsurance.com.
This is not a marketing program. We do not send sales offers, quotes, promotions, or solicitations through it.
How to opt in
- Phone: give verbal consent to a licensed agent on a recorded call. The agent asks whether we may text you at your number about your policy and account before any message is sent, and records your answer.
- By contacting us: send us a text or ask us in writing to reach you by text about a service request.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your policy and account activity. Messages are recurring while you hold an active policy with us. Most clients receive only a handful of messages a year, tied to billing dates and service requests.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can also email contact@firstbenefitinsurance.com and ask to stop texts.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email contact@firstbenefitinsurance.com, or call (800) 508-4391. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Pacific.
