First Benefit Solutions LLC builds and maintains this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We test with keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom up to 200 percent, and reduced-motion settings.

What that means in practice

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. Focus is visible.
• Text and background colors meet contrast requirements, including on photographs.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Forms have visible labels, clear error messages, and no time limits.
• Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
• The site works at any screen size and at high zoom without horizontal scrolling.
